About this role
Interview Kickstart runs interview-prep courses taught by instructors from big tech companies, and the team is fully remote. This QA engineer builds reusable Playwright automation for its Next.js web app and Python/Django APIs, with an AI-first testing approach.
What you will do
- Build reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, performance and security testing
- Drive an AI-first QA strategy
- Scale Playwright automation across the web apps
- Do manual exploratory testing where needed
- Build CI/CD-integrated test systems
- Find and fix gaps and risks in automation pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers
