About this role
Valtech is a digital experience company that builds technology and AI work for large consumer brands. This lead role builds AI products end to end: a React/Next.js front end, FastAPI services, and RAG and private-LLM systems with a focus on measurable business value.
What you will do
- Build AI workflows such as RAG, agents and LLM integrations
- Develop FastAPI backends and React/Next.js interfaces for AI apps
- Work on private or offline LLM deployments
- Tune model accuracy and reduce hallucinations
- Manage structured and unstructured data in PostgreSQL and object storage
- Build KPIs and dashboards with SQL and Python
What the employer expects

- Vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma
