About this role

Karat runs expert-led technical interviews and sells hiring analytics to companies. This DevOps role owns the AWS infrastructure, CI/CD and observability behind its hosted SaaS platform and improves reliability and developer experience.

What you will do

Own and evolve the AWS SaaS infrastructure
Design and run CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI
Build metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts in Datadog
Apply SRE practices to availability, incidents and capacity planning
Shape engineering delivery practices across teams

What the employer expects

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure or platform engineering
Significant hands-on AWS production experience
CI/CD experience (CircleCI preferred)
Strong Docker, Linux, networking and security fundamentals
Observability platform experience (Datadog preferred)
Cloud cost management
Must live in Bangalore; hours overlap US time (about 2pm-10pm IST)
