About this role
Genyx Labs is an AI and software engineering firm that builds automation for client operations teams. This junior role connects SaaS tools and APIs through workflow automations and gradually moves into AI-assisted projects.
What you will do
- Design and build workflow automations across SaaS tools, databases and internal systems
- Write small services and scripts to connect APIs without native integrations
- Document automations for client teams
- Monitor automations in production and respond to failures
- Assist on AI automation projects such as RAG chatbots and document processing
What the employer expects
- 0-2 years building small apps, scripts or automations
- Comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON
- Attention to detail and bias for shipping
- Willingness to handle occasional off-hours production incidents
- Nice to have: n8n, Zapier, Make or Airtable, basic SQL, interest in LLM APIs
