About this role
Soulside AI builds software that cuts clinical paperwork for behavioral health providers. This early-stage hire owns frontend features and the data configuration that sets up each new clinic account. The role also covers bug triage and internal tools.
What you will do
- Build responsive web apps with React and TypeScript
- Design the logic and schemas behind the core platform
- Find and fix frontend bugs and support issues
- Set up the technical configuration for new customer accounts
- Build internal workflows and tools
- Monitor platform health and optimize frontend performance
What the employer expects
- 2-3 years of software engineering, React preferred
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript
- Managing complex application state and data flows
- Tailwind or similar CSS frameworks and responsive design
- Comfortable in a remote startup environment
