About this role
The client is building an AI-driven platform that automates DevOps work such as incident response, infrastructure provisioning and observability. This role mixes hands-on DevOps skills with content work, turning product capabilities into tutorials, demos and technical guides for engineers. Open to candidates based in India or LATAM.
What you will do
- Write technical blogs, tutorials, case studies and white papers
- Produce demo videos and screencasts
- Build demo apps, proofs of concept and reference architectures
- Present at webinars and events
- Engage with the developer community and gather feedback
- Contribute to open-source work
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales
What the employer expects
- 3-5 years in DevOps, SRE or similar
- 1-2 years in technical marketing, developer relations or content
- Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, Go or similar
- Cloud and infrastructure-as-code experience
- CI/CD, containers and microservices knowledge
- Observability tooling familiarity
- Portfolio of technical content
