About this role
CSG provides customer-experience and billing technology to large service brands. The Test Engineer II validates CCS applications through manual and automated testing, from requirement analysis to defect tracking. Automation runs through Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
What you will do
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, data and plans
- Run functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests
- Build automated tests with Reqnroll/SpecFlow
- Analyze results and do root-cause analysis
- Log, track and retest defects
- Work with developers, analysts and product owners
- Join Agile ceremonies and release validation
What the employer expects

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
