About this role
Vendavo provides cloud-based commercial pricing and selling solutions for global enterprises. This support role investigates and resolves customer-reported enterprise application issues and integrations.
What you will do
- Provide technical and functional product support for customer incidents and service requests
- Investigate application behavior, workflow errors, and data processing failures
- Review application logs, server logs, exception traces, and database findings
- Use SQL to validate application data and investigate inconsistencies
- Escalate confirmed software defects to Product Engineering with reproducible steps
What the employer expects
- 2–4 years of experience in product support, technical support, or enterprise software troubleshooting
- Strong SQL skills and experience troubleshooting database-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL Database
- Familiarity with application-hosting technologies like IIS, Tomcat, or Nginx
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and HTTPS
