Saviynt provides an AI-powered identity platform that manages and governs access to cloud applications and data. This role ensures the 24x7 stability and performance of Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud.
What you will do
- Perform pod-level troubleshooting in AKS/EKS and analyze application/DB performance issues
- Monitor SaaS applications and underlying cloud infrastructure for alerts
- Participate in on-call escalations and provide technical guidance during incidents
- Manage the full lifecycle of alerts and incidents using ITSM tools
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
What the employer expects
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT/Cloud operations and application support for Java apps
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration via Kubernetes
- Familiarity with log management and analysis tools like Elastic Search
- Working knowledge of database systems like MySQL
