Sully.ai builds AI medical staff such as scribes, receptionists and coders that run inside real clinical workflows. The staff engineer gathers requirements, designs technical solutions and builds core product features across frontend, data and integrations.
What you will do
- Write code daily and ship PRs
- Scope new features and join customer calls
- Drive deep architectural changes
- Lead small engineering teams
- Translate messy customer workflows into technical requirements
