About this role
Two Dots builds AI-based verification and risk infrastructure for housing and lending. This hybrid product, engineering and customer-facing role ships integrations and self-serve workflows and fixes customer-blocking issues quickly.
What you will do
- Integrate with property management systems and messy external APIs
- Build productized, self-serve customer acquisition workflows
- Do forward-deployed work with high-value customers
- Fix urgent bugs and workflow issues
- Communicate status, risks and tradeoffs
- Work across product, customer success, sales and operations
What the employer expects
