About this role
Pylon builds the agentic support platform purpose-built for B2B companies, used by Linear, Cognition and others. The Software Engineer Intern builds AI-powered features helping post-sales teams operate more efficiently.
What you will do
- Build features leveraging AI so Customer Support and Success teams operate more efficiently
- Build prototypes, work independently, iterate and ship quickly
- Own work end-to-end with high autonomy and project-manage assigned work
- Collaborate with PMs, designers and engineers in a non-waterfall environment

- Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in CS, engineering or related field graduating Dec 2026–Summer 2028
- In San Francisco or willing to relocate for Summer 2027 internship
