What you will do
- Build foundational architecture for prompt orchestration, testing frameworks, observability, and telephony integrations
- Design scalable backend systems and DevOps workflows for millions of calls
- Lead complex projects from architecture to production
- Collaborate with product and design on APIs and interfaces
- Support customer onboarding and turn feedback into improvements
What the employer expects
