Level AI builds an AI-native platform that turns contact centers into strategic assets using LLMs and real-time insights. The senior full-stack engineer owns end-to-end features for Agent Assist workflows, building both web interfaces and backend services.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end development of features and tools for Agent Assist workflows
- Build web interfaces for real-time, customer-facing AI products
- Turn designs and wireframes into production-ready full-stack code
- Develop features using React and backend services such as Django and NestJS
- Build reusable components and shared front-end libraries
- Design and implement scalable APIs and service integrations
- Integrate with cloud services and event-driven pipelines for real-time assistance
What the employer expects
- 3-5 years of full-stack development with 2+ years of web application development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Solid understanding of React and its ecosystem
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Node.js or NestJS
