Level AI is a Series C startup whose AI-native platform turns customer contact centres into sources of actionable insight. This SDET builds the automation and performance-testing frameworks that keep new data pipelines and product features reliable before release.
What you will do
- Define and implement test requirements for data pipelines and features
- Build automated tests and automation frameworks
- Develop load and stress testing for features
- Assess product quality and set a quality strategy
- Plan, run and validate testing processes
- Support manual functional testing when needed
- Build release and automation pipelines
- Fix build errors and maintain release records
What the employer expects
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Strong test automation experience (Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Katalon)
- API testing with Postman
- Strong debugging skills
- Experience testing data pipelines
- Knowledge of SaaS and cloud application testing
- Experience with test and defect management tools
- Familiarity with generative AI for test design (preferred)
