About this role
Axelera AI builds AI inference accelerator hardware and the Metis platform, backed by significant funding and headquartered in the Netherlands. This role is the main technical contact for Indian customers, helping them evaluate and deploy Axelera boards and modules with the Voyager SDK while supporting sales and feeding customer input back to product teams.
What you will do
- Act as the technical expert for customers in India
- Answer inquiries and resolve technical issues directly or via R&D
- Guide customers through evaluation and deployment of Axelera hardware using the Voyager SDK
- Support Sales in growing accounts, finding new customers and defending design wins
- Work with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and evangelism
- Track customer interactions and follow-ups
- Relay customer feedback to Product Management
- Write product documentation and run competitive analysis
What the employer expects
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in semiconductor or AI industry in customer-facing application development or support
- Programming experience in Python, C/C++, OpenCL or CUDA
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and hands-on embedded hardware experience
- Solid understanding of server systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel 30%+
