About this role
Brillio is a technology services company hiring for its security operations center. The role is a first-line SOC analyst who watches alerts across Sentinel and Defender tools, triages them, and escalates real incidents to senior analysts.
What you will do
- Monitor alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls and email security tools
- Triage and validate security alerts
- Identify suspicious activity and anomalies
- Escalate high-severity incidents to L2/L3
- Document incidents in ticketing systems
- Meet incident SLAs
- Validate log ingestion and connector health
- Collect logs and evidence for escalation
What the employer expects
- 0-2 years in SOC, IT support, networking or security operations
- Freshers with security certifications and strong networking basics may apply
- Knowledge of firewall, VPN, proxy, DNS, email security, AV/EDR and AD
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and network topologies
- Experience with Windows and Linux
- Entry-level security, network or system certification
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
