About this role
Gushwork builds an Agent Operating System for small and mid-sized businesses where AI agents and humans work together on outcomes such as organic leads and paid ads. The full-stack engineer ships AI-led features, owns UI and backend infrastructure, and keeps systems performant.
What you will do
- Help build and ship next-generation features on the platform including AI-led content research and web page generation
- Manage UI applications and infrastructure for backend services across ECS, Step Functions, Lambdas etc.
- Keep systems performant, robust and reliable through performance tuning, observability and monitoring
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand problems and propose technical solutions
- Write clear docs and runbooks for systems and processes
What the employer expects
- Shipped production features that span modern web UI and backend APIs
- Comfortable owning a bet from ticket to production
- Worked on Node.js and/or Python, Next and/or React in production
- Comfortable working on frontend, backend and infrastructure across the stack
- Know how to build and ship CI/CD pipelines
