About this role
Neural Concept builds an AI-first engineering platform that embeds physics-aware intelligence into design and simulation workflows for automotive, aerospace and other industries. This first SRE / Platform reliability hire will establish reliability, scalability and automation foundations while shaping the reliability culture as the company scales.
What you will do
- Define, monitor and maintain SLOs, SLIs and error budgets
- Identify and eliminate single points of failure across critical workflows
- Use LLMs and AI agents to analyze logs, metrics and automate root-cause analysis
- Automate operations at the intersection of CI/CD and IaC for disaster recovery
- Build observability into the platform

- Strong background in distributed systems at scale on cloud and on-prem HPC
- Passion for automation and avoiding repeated manual work
- Deep expertise in observability design and implementation
- Solid understanding of programming, OS and system architecture
