Beghou is a life sciences consultancy that combines analytics, AI and technology to help pharma and biotech companies with commercialization. This entry-level developer role builds enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack alongside senior engineers.
What you will do
- Build and maintain features in .NET Core and C#
- Build and consume REST APIs with ASP.NET Core
- Contribute to microservices under guidance
- Write and optimise SQL Server queries and stored procedures
- Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD and automated tests
- Debug defects and flag performance bottlenecks
- Join code reviews and Agile ceremonies
What the employer expects
- 1-3 years on the Microsoft stack (strong internships or projects considered)
- Hands-on .NET Core/.NET 5+ and C#
- ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC, middleware, dependency injection
- Entity Framework Core with migrations
- Good SQL Server skills
- Exposure to Azure App Services, Functions, Azure SQL
- Unit testing with xUnit or NUnit
