About this role
Security Brigade is a CERT-In empanelled cybersecurity firm whose Lemon platform orchestrates every penetration test, audit and report for enterprise clients. The PHP developer owns features across sales, scoping, project execution, vulnerability tracking and reporting on a Laravel/Symfony stack.
What you will do
- Build new features and improve modules across Lemon (sales, scoping, execution, vulnerability tracking, evidence, reporting)
- Work with security testing teams to turn workflow needs into platform features
- Maintain code quality through reviews and structured testing
- Optimise performance and database queries on large audit data
- Contribute to platform architecture and product roadmap
- Document features, schema changes and operational runbooks
What the employer expects
- 2+ years professional PHP experience, ideally Laravel and/or Symfony
- Solid JavaScript/jQuery and front-end fluency
- Familiarity with MySQL schema design, indexing and query tuning
- Comfortable with Linux (Ubuntu) and Apache deployment
- Working with Git in a team and code reviews
- General understanding of project-management workflows and CI fundamentals
