About this role

What you will do
- Monitor and manage database availability, CPU, memory and disk utilization alerts
- Administer user accounts, permissions and security across database platforms
- Log, categorize and prioritize incident tickets and coordinate with L2 teams
- Execute approved scripts, run health checks, restart services and generate support reports
- Verify backup completion and escalate failed backups
- Review database logs, support failover notifications and assist with migrations
- Monitor database growth trends, replication health and failed maintenance jobs
- Update and maintain technical knowledge articles and documentation
