About this role
Arcalyne Solutions is an IT services partner covering infrastructure, security, cloud and application development. This role implements and runs ManageEngine ITSM and ITOM tools to improve IT operations and service delivery.
What you will do
- Implement and maintain ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager and Asset Management
- Customize workflows, business rules, SLAs and automation
- Monitor infrastructure performance and alerts with OpManager
- Integrate ManageEngine tools with AD, email and monitoring systems
- Run incident, problem and change management per ITIL
- Build dashboards and reports
- Handle patch management, asset management and CMDB
- Provide L2/L3 support for ManageEngine platforms
What the employer expects
- 2-3 years with the ManageEngine suite
- Strong grasp of ITSM and ITOM processes
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux and networking
- Experience with API, webhook or third-party integrations
- Workflow automation and scripting preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
