About this role
Infera Health builds an AI-native quality management platform to help medtech teams accelerate compliant medical device development. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will own significant surface area across the web app and AI workflow services, partnering directly with founders and customers.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of meaningful product areas
- Design schemas, APIs, and frontend data flows under customer load and regulatory scrutiny
- Work directly with founders and customers to translate ambiguous problems into software
- Help maintain cybersecurity stack and offerings
- Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussions
What the employer expects
- 3+ years building production web applications across the stack
- Mastery over SOTA AI tooling
- Strong React + TypeScript and Python skills
- Experience designing relational schemas, background jobs, and multi-tenant architectures
- Track record of delivering with quality in mind; QA automation experience preferred
- DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure experience on AWS or GCP preferred
