About this role
TRM Labs makes AI-powered intelligence tools that help agencies investigate and disrupt financial crime on the blockchain. This senior engineer joins a small frontend team building a large-scale, data-heavy web app that analyzes blockchain transactions.
What you will do
- Build a large-scale web app using React and Redux
- Work with backend engineers, designers and product to ship features
- Find and fix performance issues
- Take part in code and design reviews
- Learn crypto and blockchain to inform product design
- Help define a new category of enterprise software
- Join an on-call rotation of about one week every 16 weeks
What the employer expects
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Extensive experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries like styled-components
- Experience building data-heavy frontend apps
- Good design sense and UX instincts
- At least 6 hours of overlap with PST working hours
- In-person R&D work weeks 1-2 times per quarter
- AI fluency, evaluated during interviews
