About this role
Nevis Software Solutions runs a platform combining CRM, AI chatbots, voice calling and WhatsApp and email automation for sales and support teams. This backend role builds Django and Python services behind it, from REST APIs and PostgreSQL tuning to Celery workflows and real-time features.
What you will do
- Build and maintain Django/Python backend services
- Design secure, fast REST APIs
- Tune PostgreSQL schemas, queries and indexes
- Run async workflows with Celery
- Build real-time features with Daphne, Redis and WebSockets
- Containerize apps with Docker and Docker Compose
- Review code and mentor juniors
- Monitor performance and keep API and deployment docs
