This entry-level role has the analyst execute defined operational processes, apply quality checks, and coordinate with global stakeholders under a senior analyst's guidance.
What you will do
- Understand and communicate client business issues and processes
- Execute and suggest improvements to operational processes
- Apply quality checks and validations on deliverables
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Assist engineering team in testing new operational procedures
- Carry out secondary research as needed
What the employer expects
