About this role
Crypto.com runs a global cryptocurrency exchange that operates around the clock. This role is on the Exchange Production Support team, providing L2/L3 support and owning production incidents across the trading platform.
What you will do
- Support sales, business and customer users on applications, APIs and connectivity
- Own production incidents end to end and escalate when needed
- Handle release activities, audits and BCP exercises
- Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts
- Maintain knowledge base and SOP documentation
- Automate manual tasks and improve service levels
What the employer expects
- 2+ years of production support, preferably in banking or finance
- UNIX debugging, SQL and Bash/Python scripting
- Prior experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs
- Linux/Java systems knowledge with cloud and DevOps exposure
- Monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus or Dynatrace
- Experience supporting trading systems (OMS/EMS)
- Open to shift work and weekend support
