What you will do
- Design and implement new features and functionality
- Establish and guide the website architecture
- Keep the CMS fast and available
- Turn responsive designs into working themes and plugins
What the employer expects
- Good grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience building UIs for websites or web apps
- Experience building responsive websites
- Ability to manage CSS changes across browsers
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON and XML
- Proficiency with Git, SVN or Mercurial
- Strong PHP back-end skills
