About this role
Mindtickle is a sales readiness software company. This engineer sits on a small internal team and builds and runs the integrations, automations and tools linking Salesforce, NetSuite, HRMS, Slack and Google Cloud, owning each system from design through production.
What you will do
- Build integrations between business systems
- Create data pipelines and automations for Finance, People, IT and GTM
- Own and monitor inherited production automations
- Prototype to evaluate vendor APIs and build-vs-buy decisions
- Handle data migrations and cutover scripts
- Write runbooks and documentation for everything shipped
What the employer expects
- 2-4 years building software, integrations or automations
- Strong Python and API fluency (auth, retries, idempotency, webhooks)
- Experience building integrations against SaaS APIs in code
- Hands-on cloud experience, GCP preferred
- End-to-end ownership of a shipped and operated system
- Ability to debug across system boundaries
- Clear written communication
