About this role
StackAI runs a no-code, drag-and-drop platform for building and deploying LLM-powered workflows for businesses. This role owns the Python backend and database layer, and plugs newly released AI models into the product.
What you will do
- Build robust, scalable backend systems
- Design and manage high-performance database infrastructure
- Integrate new AI models and maintain existing ones
- Work with the founding team on backend priorities
- Advocate for backend best practices
- Handle customer support alongside the team
What the employer expects
- Strong Python with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- SQL and NoSQL database experience
- AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Docker and Kubernetes familiarity
- Track record with large-scale backend systems
- Strong problem-solving and engineering fundamentals
