About this role
Savant uses large language models with quality controls to turn unstructured clinical records into structured data for healthcare and life sciences organizations. This full-stack engineer leans frontend, owning the user-facing product and helping build the services behind it.
What you will do
- Turn complex clinical workflows into clear product experiences
- Build reusable frontend components and interaction patterns
- Improve responsiveness, accessibility and reliability
- Design async workflows with Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and queues
- Build APIs and backend services
- Implement real-time progress, background-job and notification experiences
- Improve frontend testing, observability and release processes
- Join customer feedback sessions
What the employer expects
- 3+ years of professional software engineering or equivalent
- Strong TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Strong product judgment and attention to detail
- Experience with component-based web apps
- Working knowledge of APIs, backend services and async patterns
- Preference for candidates able to work in NYC
