HCLTech is a global technology company serving clients across industries. This customer-facing engineer builds and deploys enterprise agentic AI solutions on OpenAI, integrating them with enterprise systems and carrying them through go-live and hypercare.
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions, demos and proofs of concept with customers
- Build and deploy enterprise AI agents on OpenAI
- Implement tool calling, structured outputs and multi-agent workflows
- Integrate agents with systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, SAP and Salesforce
- Configure authentication, RBAC and approval controls
- Build RAG and enterprise knowledge integrations
- Set up evaluation, tracing and monitoring
- Handle deployment, go-live and hypercare
What the employer expects
- 4 to 7 years of engineering experience
- At least 2 years in GenAI/agentic AI
- Hands-on with OpenAI Responses API and Agents SDK
- Strong Python and REST API integration skills
- Understanding of OAuth, RBAC and secrets management
- Production deployment experience with Docker, Kubernetes or serverless
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation
- Customer-facing experience
