HCLTech is a global technology company serving clients across industries. This role leads customer deployments of generative AI and agentic systems from pilot to production, owning integration, testing and stabilization.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer deployments across pilot, stabilization and production
- Design AI solution architectures with APIs, workflows and orchestration layers
- Build RAG pipelines and agent workflows
- Define testing and evaluation frameworks
- Monitor performance and resolve issues across system layers
- Drive safety, governance and responsible AI practices
- Create reusable patterns and accelerators
- Mentor FDE I, II and III engineers
What the employer expects
- Strong Python and software engineering practices
- Understanding of APIs, microservices and distributed integration
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Production experience with LLM-based systems
- OpenAI or Azure OpenAI API experience
- RAG, prompt engineering and evaluation knowledge
- Agent framework experience such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Familiarity with vector databases and observability tools
