HCLTech is a global technology company serving clients across industries. This customer-facing role acts as the technical expert on OpenAI Codex, helping engineering teams adopt AI coding workflows through demos, workshops and reference implementations.
What you will do
- Serve as technical expert on OpenAI Codex for customers
- Design AI-enhanced development workflows with customers
- Build demos, reference implementations and automations
- Lead workshops and technical deep dives
- Contribute guides and examples to the OpenAI Cookbook
- Turn customer deployment insights into product feedback
- Advise on SDLC fit, security and operational readiness
What the employer expects
- 5+ years in technical consulting, post-sales engineering or solutions architecture
- Active power user of AI coding tools
- Experience delivering workshops and technical training
- Public technical writing or guides
- Clear written and verbal communication
