About this role
Mindtickle sells an AI-powered revenue enablement platform to large enterprise sales teams. This L2 support engineer diagnoses complex issues across backend services, APIs, data flows and AI features, and works with engineering and DevOps to remove their root causes.
What you will do
- Own support tickets end to end and meet SLAs
- Diagnose and debug issues across backend, APIs, UI and AI features
- Analyze browser logs, HAR files and network traces with observability tools
- Troubleshoot integrations and authentication flows
- Do impact and severity analysis before escalating to engineering
- Build runbooks, playbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Write Bash, Python and SQL scripts to automate diagnostics
- Work with Product, Engineering, QE and DevOps to cut repeat issues
What the employer expects
- 4+ years overall, with 1-3 years of L2 support on enterprise SaaS
- Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS in production
- Hands-on troubleshooting of AI-powered features
- Knowledge of SSO protocols, IAM, MFA, RBAC and SCIM
- Strong SQL and relational/NoSQL database skills
- Log analysis with tools like Datadog, Splunk, Loki or Grafana
- Debugging GoLang/Python backends and REST, GraphQL and gRPC APIs
- AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, S3), Kafka, Kubernetes and Snowflake familiarity
