ADAPTOVATE is a management consulting firm that helps organisations adapt and innovate using AI and emerging technologies. This Sydney role places graduates and early-career professionals directly with clients to understand business problems, build and test AI solutions, and drive real adoption.
What you will do
- Work directly with clients to understand complex business problems and identify AI value
- Analyse data, processes and customer journeys
- Design, build and test AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, workflows and automations
- Test solutions with clients, gather feedback and iterate quickly
- Help move successful solutions from prototype to implementation and adoption
- Translate technical ideas into clear business language
- Measure whether solutions deliver real business value
What the employer expects
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, quantitative field, or Business with demonstrated technology/AI experience
- Builder mindset with evidence of something built (university, work, internships, hackathons or personal projects)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Interest and experience with AI and emerging technology
- Good communication and business skills
- Willingness to work from Sydney office and travel to client sites
- For Associate level: around 2–3 years relevant professional experience
