About this role
Juniper Square provides software, data and fund administration services to private markets fund managers. This Business Analyst sits in Revenue Operations, turning go-to-market pain points into requirements and automation or AI solutions, and follows them from discovery through launch. The role works US East Coast hours (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions with GTM stakeholders to find automation and AI opportunities
- Turn business needs into BRDs and user stories
- Facilitate requirements, refinement, UAT and enablement meetings
- Drive delivery with GTM systems teams across Salesforce, Outreach and Gong
- Test, track issues and manage resolution
- Manage projects and report status across concurrent workstreams
- Map and maintain current and future-state processes in Confluence
- Train users and present project launches
- Use AI tools like Claude and Gemini in daily work
What the employer expects
- 2-3 years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled at process flow maps and BRDs
- Daily AI tool use with a concrete example of business impact
- Strong data analysis and querying skills
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Project management experience across concurrent workstreams
