About this role
Juniper Square provides software, data and fund administration services to private-markets fund managers. The Business Analyst joins Revenue Operations and turns go-to-market pain points into requirements, then guides automation and AI projects from discovery through launch.
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions with GTM stakeholders
- Write BRDs and user stories
- Facilitate requirements, UAT and enablement meetings
- Track implementation across Salesforce, Outreach and Gong
- Test, log issues and manage fixes
- Report project status across concurrent workstreams
- Map and document current and future processes
- Train users and present project launches
What the employer expects
- 2-3 years as Business or Business Systems Analyst
- Work US East Coast hours (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
- Process flow mapping and BRD writing
- Daily use of AI tools with a business-impact example
- Strong data querying and analysis
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Project management experience
- GTM, sales or RevOps background preferred
