About this role
bswift is a benefits administration company. This engineer supports its contact center technology: IVR and digital chat scripts on the NICE platform, API and Salesforce integrations, and the React-based CSR portal.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain client-specific IVR and chat scripts on NICE
- Build script-level API integrations with JSON and REST
- Support new client implementations and Open Enrollment updates
- Contribute to the React and DynamoDB CSR portal with SSO integrations
- Write SQL and NoSQL queries across Salesforce, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and DynamoDB
- Process telephony requests such as toll-free numbers and porting
- Follow Git workflows and Agile practices
- Document scripts, configurations and known issues
