Salesforce is the leading AI CRM company. The Associate Proactive Monitoring Engineer helps maintain platform health by continuously monitoring dashboards and telemetry to detect and address issues before they impact customers, operating on a 24x7 rotation.
What you will do
- Continuously monitor Salesforce platform health dashboards, alerts and telemetry
- Detect anomalies and potential issues before they escalate
- Identify recurring patterns or systemic issues and escalate insights
- Investigate incidents and communicate with stakeholders
What the employer expects
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related
- 6–24 months experience in technical support, IT operations or systems monitoring
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, SaaS and web technologies
- Basic familiarity with monitoring tools and concepts
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
