What you will do
- Provide technical and operational support for enterprise applications and integrations
- Monitor application health and proactively identify issues
- Investigate and resolve incidents, defects and performance problems
- Support configuration, upgrades, patches and deployments
- Contribute to front-end development with React/Vite/TypeScript
- Contribute to back-end development with Python/FastAPI
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Support CI/CD processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
What the employer expects
- Master's/Bachelor’s with 3–5 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting business or enterprise applications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Hands-on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with React/Vite or similar
- Basic knowledge of Python/FastAPI
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools
