About this role
Zimperium leads in AI-driven mobile threat defense protecting devices and applications. This Technical Product Support Engineer role serves as the technical expert supporting customers using the MTD solution, diagnosing issues and collaborating with product, devops and engineering teams.
What you will do
- Understand mobile applications and SaaS models; troubleshoot and debug customer issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and own issues through resolution
- Learn the product thoroughly; validate customer-specific fixes and releases
- Develop technical documentation for customer needs
- Gather customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues via JIRA
- Collaborate with customer success, development and product teams across time zones
What the employer expects
- Bachelor’s in CS, IT or equivalent engineering degree
- 1-3 years (junior) experience with enterprise software solutions
- 1-3 years in customer support roles, preferably security or MDM
- Good understanding of supporting cloud-based web applications
- Hands-on Python, Java and SQL scripting
- At least 1-3 years implementing and supporting mobile application infrastructure
- Self-motivated with extensive troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Experience in mobile app delivery on iOS and Android a plus
