About this role
Gushwork is building an Agent Operating System for small and mid-sized businesses worldwide. This backend role builds AI-led content research, webpage generation pipelines, and core service integrations.
What you will do
- Build backend capabilities for AI content research and generation pipelines
- Design and evolve APIs and services across ECS, Lambdas, and datastores
- Tune queries and workflows for performance, idempotency, and reliability
- Own high-risk path features including auth, migrations, and tenant boundaries
- Write clear technical documentation and runbooks
What the employer expects
- 3+ years of experience shipping production backend systems
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python services in production
- Proficiency on AWS systems including Lambdas, ECS, RDS Postgres, and SQS
- Experience building or operating software with LLM or AI pipelines
- Ability to build and ship CI/CD pipelines and safe deploy patterns
