About this role
Acumatica is a Cloud ERP company expanding its engineering center in Hyderabad. The QA Engineer designs and executes test strategies, builds automated tests integrated with CI, and collaborates with developers and business analysts.
What you will do
- Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows
- Develop, document and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines
- Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts
- Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing
- Analyze test results, investigate failures and work with developers to resolve issues
- Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing
- Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
What the employer expects
- 4+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation of web applications
- Knowledge and experience in C# or Java, API Web Services, REST API
- Proficiency with test design practices and techniques
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks
