Prysm Health builds clinical and operational platforms for skilled nursing facilities. This role builds and operates infrastructure and tooling enabling engineering teams.
What you will do
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment systems
- Strengthen security through identity management and secrets handling
- Stand up alerting, paging, and on-call rotation
- Keep Terraform, CI, and merge queue fast and safe
What the employer expects
- Experience running production systems on AWS with Terraform
- Deep PostgreSQL expertise (ROW-level security, query plans, migrations)
- Experience building authentication, access control, or audit systems
