About this role
GHX enables healthcare supply chain automation. This Managed Services Analyst I role processes order transactions on behalf of hospital customers by calling US-based suppliers, correlating information and maintaining case notes in custom software while working US shifts.
What you will do
- Attain mastery on all learning resources
- Triage assigned cases adhering to SOP
- Initiate phone calls to suppliers to obtain required details
- Work with suppliers on calls to resolve cases
- Make case notes and escalate when required
- Reconcile data into the transactional workflow
- Flag outliers and contribute to knowledge base
- Adhere to timelines and maintain hourly throughput
- Proactively call out failures and downtimes
- Use and update trackers and dashboards
- Shift between queues to maintain throughput
- Escalate roadblocks and seek support
- Partner with peers on SOP development
- Participate in meetings and share feedback
- Maintain data confidentiality and high work ethic
