About this role
Encord provides a data layer for AI teams to index, curate, annotate and evaluate training data. The forward deployed engineer owns platform deployments for strategic customers and builds data integrations to drive adoption.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end deployment for strategic customers
- Build data integrations and onboarding solutions
- Guide customers, run demos and host workshops
- Report plans and progress to technical and executive stakeholders
- Feed customer insights back into the roadmap
- Help scale the Forward Deployed function
What the employer expects
- 3-8 years in a technical, client-facing or solutions engineering role
- Experience with data integrations and APIs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ownership in ambiguous situations
- High-growth startup experience is a plus
