About this role
WPP is a global marketing and communications group. This developer builds and maintains Power BI dashboards for its AUNZ Finance and Operations teams, supports report users and does ad hoc analysis for the Head of Data & Analytics.
What you will do
- Turn business requirements into Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create wireframes and proofs of concept
- Build custom visuals where native Power BI falls short
- Design data models and set up row-level and application-layer security
- Monitor scheduled data refreshes and fix failures
- Act as first-level support for reporting tickets
- Manage access and permissions for joiners, movers and leavers
- Maintain documentation and monitor data quality
What the employer expects
- 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development

- Strong SQL
- Experience with RLS and application-layer security in Power BI
