Aera Technology makes a decision intelligence platform that automates business decisions with AI and machine learning. This data scientist owns the modeling workflow from data exploration through reproducible pipelines that run in production for customers.
What you will do
- Turn business questions into modeling problems
- Run exploratory analysis on messy datasets
- Engineer features and benchmark modeling approaches
- Write clean Python code and notebooks
- Build modular, reproducible training and inference pipelines
- Productionize models with engineering teams
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
What the employer expects
- 1-3 years in data science, analysis or ML engineering
- Strong Python with pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn
- Solid EDA and statistics
- Good SQL
- Version control, testing and documentation habits
